Lab Insights by 6030 Technologies — use this page to request the deletion of your account and personal data from our systems. This page is available to all users without requiring a login.

How to request deletion

Complete the request form

Fill in the form on this page with the email address associated with your Lab Insights account and select what you would like deleted.

We verify your identity

Within 2 business days, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provide to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.

Deletion is processed

Once verified, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Please note: Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you (such as statistical usage data) may be retained to improve the App. This data contains no personally identifiable information. All other personal data, including your account, email address, and saved lab results, will be permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days of your verified request.
